Week 4: Relationships

Welcome to Module 4 of The Fabulous Woman Project!

This week is all about relationships and it's an area that can impact our health significantly.

You will find this module includes the foundations of healthy relationships, tips for improving physical relationships in the bedroom, how to deal with negativity and why a sisterhood of like-minded women is so important.

Our relationships are so important in the overall health equation. When our relationships are going well our stress is generally lower, our eating habits are better and we feel vibrant.

In this video Sam discusses the foundations of healthy relationships and we will be diving into more specific areas in the other videos.

Action this week:

  • Consider any relationships in your life that are causing you stress and decide on a course of action for dealing with it. This doesn’t necessarily mean cutting someone out of your life, there are many options available to you and ignoring the issue isn’t going to resolve it.
  • Re-watch Nicola Cheesman’s ‘Cause & Effect’ video from the Foundations of Fabulous Module.

In the Bedroom

As we get older our physical relationships in the bedroom can change dramatically or even completely disappear which can cause incredible stress on the relationship. In this video we'll discuss some of the ways you can reignite the spark in the bedroom.
