Welcome to Module 6 of The Fabulous Woman Project... you made it!

This week is all about 'soul' and you'll create your own soulful toolkit so that you can continue to thrive no matter what life throws at you.

Introduction to Mediation

Sam introduces you to the benefits of meditation and tips for introducing a regular meditation practice into your life.

Guided Meditation by Sara Brooke

Sara Brooke is the owner of The Space In Between. A Meditation Teacher, Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer. Sara works with people who are seeking deeper truth and meaning to their lives by helping them discover their innate power, connect to their inner compass and trust their heart’s truth.

Sara provides a selection of transformative and empowering healing sessions, classes, workshops and professionally mixed and mastered meditations, to assist people to bring their mind, body and spirit into alignment and harmony.

Suffering from anxiety, depression and an eating disorder in her mid twenties Sara was drawn to start meditating as a last resort for treatment. Regular meditation brought Sara much peace of mind and empowered her to totally transform her life. She is now passionate about sharing meditation, reiki and self-empowerment tools with others. Sara believes it’s important that meditation and reiki are presented in a grounded, practical and useful way so that more people can experience the profound and lasting benefits of mind-body medicine.

Sara works with people locally in Melbourne, Australia and also worldwide via Skype.

Her fun, grounded and relatable teaching style has made her classes and workshops popular in Melbourne. Her album “Activate Your Inner Buddha” went to number 1 on the Australian iTunes health & fitness charts when released in late 2012 and it continues to get rave reviews.

The Soulful Toolkit

Here is your guide to creating your own soulful toolkit - this is something that will evolve and grow but you'll find the checklist is a great starting point. You may already be incorporating some of these into your life or these may be new to you, there is no right or wrong - you'll Soulful Toolkit is here to support you when you need it the most.

Remember to also bring in people to support you soulfully too - this may include friends, counsellors, kinesiologists, healers or therapists.

  • you’ll need a pin board/cardboard/whiteboard or decide on an electronic format like a secret Pinterest board or an online graphics tool to create a collage.
  • collect images of your passions, your goals and what you want to do more of
  • cut out pictures and quotes from magazines or print photos from the internet
